Staying honed and always ready to be used by God can be difficult as the challenges of the day pull you in multiple directions. The dullness takes its toll – forcing us to work harder to maintain the same level of effectiveness as we minister to our congregation and our staff.
Join us March 7th, and together we can pull back the curtain and gain insight and fresh perspectives from each other. And be encouraged to keep getting better at evangelism, discipleship, prayer, preaching, teaching, leadership…church multiplication, small groups and other critical issues.

Going to the doctor for an annual examination isn’t easy, but it’s a wise medical practice. As a pastor, when was the last time you had a leadership examination? Healthy leaders lead healthy churches. This breakout session will focus on a pastor’s health, and it’s more than his physical well-being.
How can I lead my church to experience the presence of God in worship? Let’s have a transparent discussion about our understanding of worship and our successes and failures in leading our churches to experience it.
A hands-on approach to developing and implementing required policies in your church.

Building relationships within the context of student ministry is not limited to just your middle school and high school students. It must also include the parents of those students and your adult leaders who are serving in your ministry. Come and join our discussion as we look for ways to equip, empower, and engage our ministries for His Kingdom.
When was the last time you evaluated your ministry’s purpose and vision? The needs of children and families, and the ways we can effectively minister to them, are changing at a rapid pace, and we need to keep up. In this session, we will consider what our ministries need—from a solid foundation in God’s word, to good policies, and choosing the right curriculum—in order to be effective in reaching and discipling children and their families.
Isn’t it time that our prayers accomplished much? God intends that we live joy-filled, praying lives that powerfully impact the world around us for His glory. Jesus’ prayer principles teach us the crucial elements of effective prayer. This session will examine these essential keys and give the practical tools needed for a vibrant, healthy prayer life.
At Bradfordville, we exist to make disciples who love upward, inward, and outward. How does this vision affect the way we enlist leaders, evangelize the lost, minister to members, teach Bible lessons, and grow both spiritually and numerically?
No one can ever be prepared for everything. However, there are many steps you can, and should, take as a leader of your church to prepare for mass casualty events such as active shooters, natural disasters, fire, explosive devices, etc. We will give an overview of practices and procedures you should have in place to mitigate the risk to your congregation.
